Yoga, Breathwork & Cold-Water Swim This twice-a-month outdoor wellness experience combining yoga, breathwork and cold water swimming has a ton of benefits, from boosted immunity to building new friendships. ​ Soak up nature with an outdoor yoga session, before tapping into the power of the breath to focus the mind and prepare the body to swim in the open marine lake. ​ When you break free from your comfort zone and dig deep for a little willpower to give it a go, with a community of beings reminding you that "you can do it", you take back control of your mind. You learn to turn stress around and build resilience. When? 7 til 8am. Please arrive by 6.50am. 5th & 19th April 3rd & 17th May 7th & 14th June 5th July 9th & 23d August 6th & 20th September Where? Clevedon Marine Lake, BS21 7TU. Parking is free before 8am. Email us for car shares. How much? £15pp What to bring? Yoga mat. Wear your swimwear under warm layers. Bring a towel and flask of hot drink. Please note: It is required that participants have a fairly good level of competence to swim as it is your responsibility, yet beginners welcome for the yoga and breath.
