Sustainability and Anti-Slavery
Sustainability Policy
Emergent Purpose is committed to sustainability and environmental stewardship. We believe that our actions should be sustainable, and that this is essential for the protection of our planet, the wellbeing of our customers, and the prosperity of our business.
We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and energy consumption, and to responsibly managing our resources and waste. We also strive to use renewable energy sources and to employ sustainable practices in all of our operations, from our registered premises (Future Leap Ltd) to delivering our events to the best of our ability.

To ensure that our commitment to sustainability is upheld, we have in place a sustainability policy that is regularly reviewed and updated. We will continue to up-skill our staff and leadership team to ensure our sustainability policy is understood and are aware of their responsibilities in upholding it.
We are committed to continually improving our sustainability practices and to the responsible management of natural resources. We strive to reduce our impact on the environment and to contribute to the wellbeing of our community.
Anti-Slavery Policy
Emergent Purpose is committed to a policy of zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking. We are dedicated to preventing any form of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and our supply chain.
We ensure that the following are in place to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking:

-
We have a policy of conducting due diligence on all of our suppliers, to ensure that they do not engage in any form of modern slavery or human trafficking.
-
We have in place a whistleblowing policy that allows any employees or other stakeholders to report any suspected cases of modern slavery or human trafficking.
-
We seek to deepen our awareness of modern slavery through training to our staff to ensure that they are aware of and understand our anti-slavery policy.
-
We have in place a commitment to monitor our supply chain and take appropriate action if any cases of modern slavery or human trafficking are found.
Emergent Purpose is committed to ensuring that no one working for us, or in our supply chain, is subject to modern slavery or human trafficking. We are continually striving to ensure that our anti-slavery and human trafficking policies are up-to-date and fully enforced.
