  • If you can’t attend we will offer the space to someone who may be in financial difficulty to attend. Thank you for your understanding.

• Full refunds are available for events 72 hours before the event. 50% refunds are available within 48 hours. Less than 48 hours, thank you for investing your energy in the event, as we won't be able to refund you. All of the above will be minus the booking fee (we don’t get that back either).

  • Private bookings may incur a penalty fee if cancelled less than 48 hours before an event.

• If we go into a lockdown, we will endeavour to run the event online and make alternative arrangements

• If there are refreshments at the event, you are responsible to tell the organisers about any allergies or medical conditions

• By agreeing to these T’s & C’s you consent that we can take photos & recordings of the event with you. If you are opposed to that, please email hello@emergentpurpose.com

• Respect the space. You break it, you buy it.

• Thank you for being on time or contacting us ahead of time if you are running late

• Thank you for arriving at the event of sound mind (basically not intoxicated)

• Thank you for coming with an open mind

• Thank you for being respectful to people in the space

• You have agreed to participate in an Emergent Purpose event of your own free will

• By participating in an Emergent Purpose event, you agree that you are medically sound to participate and can swim (including making the team aware if you are pregnant, on your cycle, taking medication or have high blood pressure).

• By participating you agree to release all liability or waive any claims against the practitioner or Emergent Purpose that may result from these sessions.

These Terms and Conditions, together with any and all other documents referred to herein, set out the terms of use under which you may use this website, www.emergentpurpose.com (“Our Site”).  Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them.  Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of Our Site.
