Yoga, Breathwork & Cold-Water Swim 

This twice-a-month outdoor wellness experience combining yoga, breathwork and cold water swimming has a ton of benefits, from boosted immunity to building new friendships.

Soak up nature with an outdoor yoga session, before tapping into the power of the breath to focus the mind and prepare the body to swim in the open marine lake.

When you break free from your comfort zone and dig deep for a little willpower to give it a go, with a community of beings reminding you that "you can do it", you take back control of your mind. You learn to turn stress around and build resilience.

Please note: It is required that participants have a fairly good level of competence to swim as it is your responsibility, yet beginners welcome for the yoga and breath. Please bring your own yoga mats, wear your swimwear under warm layers and flask of hot drink for after.

Where? Clevedon Marine Lake, BS21 7TU.

When? We always start at 7am! Please arrive by 6.50am.

April 5th & 19th, May 3rd & 17th, June 7th & 14th, July 5th, August 9th & 23rd, September 6th & 20th.
