Yoga, Breathwork & Cold-Water Swim 

Join this outdoor wellness experience that combines yoga, breathwork, and cold water swimming.

​

Rise early and meet us at Clevedon Marine Lake at 7am for a beginner-friendly yoga session that will activate your body and mind. We will then explore breathwork practices to prepare us for a swim together in the marine lake.

​

The benefits of joining this friendly community are endless, from the immune-boosting cold water to the mind-expanding wellness practices.

We will start at 7am and finish by 8am, ready for you to conquer the day.

Where? Clevedon Marine Lake, BS21 7TU. Free parking available. 

​

When? Please arrive by 6.50 am for a prompt start at 7am - 8am.

​

April 5th & 19th, May 3rd & 24th, June 7th & 14th, July 5th, August 9th & 23rd, September 6th & 20th.

Please note: It is required that participants have a fairly good level of competence to swim as it is your responsibility, yet beginners welcome for the yoga and breath. Please bring your own yoga mats, wear your swimwear under warm layers and flask of hot drink for after.

FAQ:


Can I come if I'm new?

Absolutely! This is a great place to start. No yoga experience is required but you should have a basic level of swimming. We do have trained lifeguards within our team yet you swim at your own risk.
 

I don't drive, can I come?

We aim to set up car shares. Email us with your interest and postcode and we can support this.
 

Is it cold?

Its not a bubble bath ;) but we do guide you through practices to keep you safe to explore cold-water swimming.

 

When does the event finish?

We pride ourselves on timing! You leave the lake by 8 am ready for your day.
